Wayne Rudson, CA·IFA/CBV, ASA, CFE

Wayne Rudson is the President of RVG and has personally been involved in business valuation, litigation support and forensic accounting since 1984. During this time, he has valued over $1 billion worth of assets and authored over 500 valuation reports, including valuations required pursuant to OSC Policy Statement 9.1. Wayne has also been involved in well over 200 breach of contract matters with damages ranging from nil to $150 million.

Wayne has given expert testimony before the Supreme Court of Ontario, the Ontario Court (General Division), the Federal Court of Canada and other tribunals as an expert witness in business valuation and damage quantification matters over 25 times.

Cailey Asher

Cailey works as an analyst, assisting with the preparation of various business valuation and damage quantification reports. She performs economic, industry and company specific research as well conducts financial analyses.

Cailey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is currently pursuing her Chartered Business Valuator designation.

Phil Daley, CA

Phil is involved in the preparation and review of reports for business valuation, damage quantification and litigation support matters.

Phil is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has three years of experience within the Audit and Assurance practice at BDO Dunwoody LLP.

He is currently pursuing his Chartered Business Valuator designation.

Bobby Hinduja, CA

Bobby is involved in the preparation and review of reports for business valuation, damage quantification, litigation support, and family law matters.

Bobby is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He has six years of experience in providing audit and consulting services for publicly and privately owned companies, specializing in the banking and insurance industries.

He is currently pursuing his Chartered Business Valuator designation.

Marlena Little

Marlena is the Office Manager and is responsible for the day to day operations of our office. She also assists with the preparation of reports for business valuation, damage quantification and litigation support.

Marlena graduated from Queen's University with a degree in Film and Art History. She worked previously in Advertising.

Michael Yerashotis, CA

Mike is involved in the preparation and review of reports for business valuation, damage quantification and litigation support matters.

Mike is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He has three years of experience within the Assurance and Advisory practice of Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in the pharmaceutical and health sciences industries. He is currently pursuing his Chartered Business Valuator designation.
